WHY I DO THIS
My journey has been a blend of triumphs and trials, shaped by personal experiences and professional endeavors. Navigating a blended family and a marriage that should have failed presented profound challenges. My inability to recognize and acknowledge my own weaknesses hindered my family’s success, while my insecurities prevented me from understanding my need for help in my marriage. In my professional life, I adopted a learned behavioral pattern that devalued individuals, operating on autopilot, blinded to the person I had become. This autopilot behavior infiltrated my home, creating a cycle of decline where deteriorating conditions at home and work intensified each other. Each of these experiences has been an opportunity for growth and learning, leading to a deep commitment to continuous improvement and unwavering excellence.
I do this because I believe in the transformative power of compassionate leadership. My life has shown me that empathy, understanding, and recognizing the unique strengths of individuals can create a positive and productive environment. When people feel valued and supported, they are more motivated, engaged, and capable of achieving remarkable things. But it all starts with an individual’s journey to self-discovery.
